Terms & Conditions for ss777 Platform Use

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

By accessing the ss777 Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Each Player is permitted to hold one single Account on the ss777 Platform at any time. Opening or attempting to open duplicate, secondary, or family-member Accounts from the same household or device without prior written approval from ss777 constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Clause 11.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, and preferred payment method. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. ss777 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorized by you, and will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

ss777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for the refusal.

ss777 is required by its international licensing obligations to verify the identity and age of all Members prior to processing their first withdrawal request. ss777 may also initiate KYC checks at any subsequent point in a Member's lifecycle — including upon large deposits, unusual account activity, or as part of a periodic compliance review.

KYC documentation typically required includes:

• Government-issued photo ID: National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM) — clearly showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.

• Maximum deposit: ss777 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at the platform level or at the individual Account level. Players may also set their own personal deposit limits via Account Settings in accordance with the Responsible Gaming provisions of Clause 10.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise on the promotion page, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contribution rates are stated on each individual promotion page. As a general guide:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ss777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

ss777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Member has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 11.
• The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from ss777.
• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms in a manner that ss777 considers material.
• ss777 is required to do so by its licensing obligations, a court order, or a directive from a competent regulatory authority.
• The Member's Account shows no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months (dormant account policy — see below).

Voluntary Account Closure: Members who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, ss777 will process any pending withdrawal of the available balance to the Member's registered payment method, provided KYC verification is complete.

Dormant Accounts: An Account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. ss777 will send notification emails to the registered address at 3-month intervals prior to dormancy classification. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 25.000 deducted from the available balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates the Account by logging in.

ss777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.
